We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to our customers across Europe. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements to qualify for free delivery.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

3. Shipping Estimates (China to Europe)

To keep our prices competitive and offer free shipping, we ship our products directly from our specialized warehouses in China.

  • Average Delivery Time: Approximately 10 business days.

  • Estimated Window: Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons (such as Christmas or Black Friday) or due to customs delays beyond our control.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or via international tracking portals.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Pro Healthy Vibe is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, for most small-value dropshipping packages sent to Europe, additional customs fees are often minimized.

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at admin@prohealthyvibe.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Pro Healthy Vibe is not liable for any products lost or stolen after they have been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your local shipping carrier.

8. Items Not Received

If your item has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us. We will investigate the shipment and, if confirmed lost, we will offer a reshipment or a full refund.
