Return & Refund Policy

At Pro Healthy Vibe, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since we ship internationally via our dropshipping partners, we have established a clear policy to make your shopping experience smooth and transparent.

1. 14-Day Right to Cancel (EU Residents)

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, customers residing in the EU have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the item, for any reason and without justification.

  • To exercise this right, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@prohealthyvibe.com.

  • Return Authorization: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the package without contacting us first. We will provide you with the correct return warehouse address.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.

3. Damages and Issues (Defective Products)

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is:

  • Defective or damaged.

  • The wrong item.

In such cases, please send us an email with clear photos or a short video of the issue. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by offering a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

4. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products or health-related items for hygiene reasons).

  • Items purchased on “Final Sale” or using Gift Cards.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

     
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

     

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

While our average delivery time is 10 business days, international shipping can sometimes face delays.

  • If your item has not arrived within 30 days, please contact us, and we will issue a full refund or reship the item.
